We are excited to share the successful completion of the “ESG in Transport and Logistics Train the Trainers” workshop, held from March 16 to 18 in Ljubljana. As part of the SEE-GL Project, this event brought together trainers and experts from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Montenegro with a shared goal of strengthening ESG knowledge and skills across the region.

The workshop focused on bridging the gap between current challenges in the transport and logistics sector and evolving European sustainability standards. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, discussions, and practical activities designed to support the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into vocational education and training.

One of the key outcomes of the workshop was capacity building. Trainers enhanced their ability to deliver ESG related content, ensuring that future learners are better prepared for the demands of a rapidly changing industry. The event also marked an important step in developing structured and practical training modules tailored specifically to ESG in transport and logistics, addressing real needs identified through research.

Beyond learning, the workshop strengthened regional cooperation. By sharing experiences and perspectives, partner organizations deepened their collaboration and built a stronger foundation for future joint initiatives.

This workshop represents an important milestone in the SEE-GL Project, contributing to more sustainable, skilled, and future ready transport and logistics systems across the region.
