The project “Skills and Employment Enhancement in Green Logistics” officially began with a kick-off meeting held on January 16th-17th, 2025, in Nova Gradiška, Croatia. This two-day event set the stage for the successful collaboration of six partner organizations working to improve the logistics sector through green practices and digital tools.

Overview of the Project and Partner Roles

The project partners, including Pučko Otvoreno Učilište AMC Nova Gradiška (Croatia), NOA (Slovenia), Visoka škola “CEPS-Centar za poslovne studije” Kiseljak (Bosnia and Herzegovina), TEMPULLI (Kosovo), Pannonia Consulting d.o.o. (Croatia), and Z&S Global (Montenegro), gathered to align on the project’s objectives, expected outcomes, and timeline.

Josip Brozović from Pannonia Consulting provided an overview of the Erasmus+ funded project, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among the consortium members and setting clear roles for each organization. The partners shared their expertise, reflecting on their contributions to the logistics sector and their capacity to tackle challenges in green logistics, environmental sustainability, and ESG principles.

Project Goals and Timeline

The first day included in-depth discussions about the project’s objectives, particularly the goal of enhancing the green logistics sector’s impact on the environment through skills development and employment. Partners agreed on the necessity of adhering to the detailed Gantt chart, which outlines the timeline and key milestones for the project. The need for high-quality deliverables within specified deadlines was underscored.

Communication and Dissemination Strategy

Day two focused on planning a robust communication and dissemination strategy. This included internal communication methods and external strategies to ensure the sustainability and impact of the project. The finalized project website was also presented and approved by all partners.

The partners agreed to use a variety of platforms and formats for communication to ensure effective dissemination of project results, reaching a broad audience across sectors and countries. The communication plan will focus on visibility, clarity, and transparency in all communication activities.

Quality Improvement and Next Steps
